It dates back to 1997, when the workshop started in Paris.
I want to create a store full of music in Japan! In order to make my dream come true, I closed my 14-year-old workshop in Paris and came to Japan alone in 2009.
We started from a small stringed instrument workshop in Shibuya, and now the number of staff has increased, and it has evolved into a store with a small salon hall that we have longed for.
Thanks to you, 2019 was able to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the establishment of the company in Japan.

From the age of 17, he studied at the stringed instrument production school in Mircourt for three years, and after a lot of training at Le Canu-Millant in Paris, he worked for two years at the Le Canu workshop in Normandy. He first came to Japan at the age of 21 and spent a year and a half in Tokyo. Returning to Paris, he spent 14 years repairing a wide range of stringed instruments at the Rene Quenoil and Claudie Bitter workshops.
After that, he decided to move to Tokyo and established Optiche Valle Paris GK. Three years later, he set up a store at the Namikibashi intersection in Shibuya and opened l'atelier by apc.
We maintain and repair stringed instruments, make instruments and bows, and operate salon concerts and studios, always trying to improve quality and service so that we can support artists from various angles.
